Quality begins and ends with our people. As an integrated industrial services provider, our goal is to always meet or exceed our clients' expectations in every project and job we do.

CEDA is committed to managing our business in a systematic manner in order to maintain and improve the value of our services and products. We have policies that establish and outline the fundamentals of CEDA, including business objectives and organizational direction as well as procedures that detail the implementation of these policies. To ensure consistency and quality, our procedures and work instructions are developed to reflect industry best practices and are frequently evaluated for areas of improvement.

CEDA applies a Quality Management System (QMS) that is designed to maintain and continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of CEDA’s performance. CEDA’s quality management system is compliant with ISO 9001:2008 and is documented through a detailed QMS manual. Within the scope of this system, secondary QMS manuals and procedures have been developed to comply with regulatory requirements for activities such as pressure equipment, pipeline, electrical and structural steel construction.
